Cedar Addition was completed for a longtime client who wanted to improve the function and usable space of their garage while preserving the look and character of the existing home. The garage was extended to create a more practical double-depth bay, with finished epoxy floors and a design approach that allowed the addition to blend naturally with the original exterior.

As part of the project, the existing cedar roof was replaced with a synthetic CeDUR roofing system to help reduce wildfire risk while maintaining the appearance the home was originally designed around. The project also included required site and utility upgrades, including driveway widening and electrical service improvements.
