At this stage, we can also provide early budget guidance to help clients understand whether the project is realistic before moving deeper into planning. From there, we review the project at a high level and help determine the next best step.
Pre-Construction
Pre-construction is where we help bring clarity to the project before work begins. This may include budgeting, estimating, constructability feedback, value engineering, schedule planning, and coordination with architects, designers, engineers, and owners.
Construction
During construction, our focus is on clear communication, schedule coordination, budget tracking, quality control, and working closely with trusted trade partners. The goal is to keep the project organized and moving forward while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Post-Construction
As the project nears completion, we help manage final details, walkthrough items, closeout documentation, and owner turnover. Our goal is to leave clients with a finished project that is complete, well-executed, and properly supported.

Do we need complete plans before contacting you?
No. We can review projects at different stages, whether you are just starting, already working with an
architect, or have a nearly complete plan set.
Can you help with budgeting before construction starts?
Yes. We can provide early budget guidance and more detailed estimating as the project develops. This
helps owners understand cost expectations and make informed decisions during design and pre-
construction.
Do you work with architects and designers?
Yes. We are happy to work with your architect or designer if you already have one in place. If you are still
looking for the right fit, we can also recommend a few architects, designers, and consultants who may be a
good match for your project.
Do you only build high-end custom homes?
No. While we enjoy high-quality custom residential work, we also take on a range of new home
construction and remodel projects. The right fit depends on the scope, location, timeline, and overall
project needs.
Do you take on remodels and smaller projects?
Yes. We handle everything from full-home remodels and major renovations to smaller improvements
when the project is a good fit.
